bde3 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Platform Users

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bde3 platform is restricted to individuals who are (a) at least 21 years of age; (b) legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence; and (c) registering and playing for themselves as private individuals, not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party. bde3 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify whether accessing bde3 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

bde3 enforces age verification checks on accounts. The platform may request supporting documentation — including a copy of a national identity document — at any time to verify a user's age, identity, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending verification completion.

Account Registration

Each user may maintain only one registered account on bde3. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein. When registering, users must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. bde3 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information submitted at registration.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. bde3 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and not sharing account details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. Deposits

bde3 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bde3 by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to the user's bde3 wallet balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

bde3 does not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts (i.e., accounts that are not registered in the depositing user's own name). Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and returned to the originating account, subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider. Users who attempt to circumvent this requirement may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of available funds from their bde3 wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account wherever technically possible. bde3 targets processing all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions; processing times for card withdrawals may vary.

Before any withdrawal is processed, bde3 may require the user to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a copy of a valid national identity document and/or proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Withdrawals will be held pending the satisfactory completion of any required verification. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bde3 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited to the account. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (or a multiple of the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated per offer) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unmet bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.

bde3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any already-claimed bonus and its associated wagering requirements remain in force as stated at the time of claiming. Users who are found to have manipulated bonus terms — including through bet-hedging strategies, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of bde3 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct: (a) registering more than one account on the platform; (b) providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process; (c) using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform in any way; (d) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market; (e) exploiting any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided; (f) using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

bde3 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bde3 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account(s) if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms. bde3 may also report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bde3 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game assets — is the property of bde3 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the bde3 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from bde3 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bde3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. bde3's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bde3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party payment provider delays are outside bde3's direct control. bde3 will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.

Responsible Gaming

bde3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help users manage their gambling activity. Users who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools. bde3 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and actively screens for underage users. Any user found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all deposits refunded to the original payment method.

Account Suspension and Termination

bde3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform. Upon permanent account closure by bde3 for cause, any balance remaining in the account will be subject to review and may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bde3 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Privacy and Data Protection

bde3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using bde3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bde3 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bde3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bde3 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the bde3 platform after any amendment to these Terms becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10 above.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a user and bde3, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
